The age old art of Sigree cooking food being cooked slowly over charcoal flame is getting extinct so Sigree restaurant is a unique and commendable effort to revive this art of cooking which gives a lot more taste in food then in normal food. The restaurant has a huge amount of variation and taste in various items you have never heard before.
Sigree restaurant is a step to renew the essence of true and ancient Indian cooking style and has branches at Pune, Chennai, Kolkata and Delhi where there are many specialized chefs who cook the food over charcoal with a lot more taste and touch. The cooking is slow and has to be done with a lot of patience as only then each ingredient in the food are able to add to its flavor and aroma and also sometimes this point comes to the customers discomfort. The cost of the food is priced a little high for the middle class people but according to me it is priced rightly compared to its quality.
