    Hello Rajesh,

As per the present trend it seems that TMC will emerge as the ruling party in the upcoming state elections in 2011 and naturally the choice is one and only Mamta Banerjee as the next Chief Minister of West Bengal.

    Regards

Who will be the Next CM of Bengal?
It's the most discussed topic in Bengal. After the loss of Loksabha Election and then Kolkata Municipal Election; CPI(M) isn't favorite more.

Next Chief Minister would be some one from TMC leaders. You can write profiles of Politicians and win Cash prize in this site.

The present trend in West Bengal indicates that TMC, Congress alliance is going to win the assembly election and in such situation Ms. Mamata Banerjee will be the 1st and last choice.

In present development of State Congress just on 27th June, Mr. Manash Bhuniya has been appointed as party chief. This indicates a lot. Mr. Bhuniya is a great supporter of Ms. Mamata Banerjee and the TMC, Congress alliance. Delhi high command has made it clear by this action that in the coming assemble election, TMC and Congress will fight against Left Front jointly. Last hope of Left Front specially CPI (M) is vanished now. Some of the Congress leaders were trying to break the alliance. The have got a strong message from Delhi.

So far as Left Front is concerned, I think that they have not yet decided their candidate for CM. Popularity of Mr. Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee, Mr. Nirupam Sen has touched the rock. They have to project any fresh candidate.
