    There is no Art College in North Bengal

    There is no Art College in North bengal.Why Govt. not taking any step...?

    Paritosh thanks for raising this important issue through this forum. I was shocked to learn that not a single arts college is being established ih North Bengal. Why that laxity on the part of legislators and Parlimentarians. The people of Bengal must know the reason for not establishing such a colleges so far.
