In the battle of Waterloo, French Emperor Napolean was defeated by combined forces of Seventh Coalition. This defeat at Waterloo put an end to Napoleon's rule in France. After the end of war, Coalition forces restored Louis XVIII to the French throne.
So far Mamata Banerjee is concerned, she is the Railway Minister of India government, not the Chief Minister of West Bengal. So, there is no question of throwing her off the throne. Napolean ruled the country for long time, conquered different countries before his defeat in the battle of Waterloo.

Result of West Bengal Bidhan Sabha Election 2011 will say whether Mamata and her alliance parties win or not. Is it so that Minister Goutam Deb thinks Mamata has already conquered the whole West Bengal?

Mamata Banerjee is having her own charm and efficacy which no other leader commands now. Either too congress was taking Mamata light now they are fully dependent on her for their success in WB. Mamata vote banks cannot be snatched by the present govt nor for that matter any other leader.

True, that Miss Banerjee has an edge over her opponents at the moment, however, the State Elections are still six months away (estimated). This period is crucial for her as well as her opponents. At present, Mr Goutam Deb is playing his cards right and carefully. It will be interesting to note how Miss Banerjee responds under such conditions.
