Nehru Children's museum, Kolkata

Nehru Children's Museum is a project of National Cultural Association and was started by Late Jugal Srimal. The inaugration was in 1972 on 14th November which is birthday of Pandit Jawahar Lal Nehru and is celebrated as Children's day.

Nehru Children’s Museum is located at the junction of Jawahar Lal Nehru Road and AJC Bose Road. It amuses and educates children with its galleries displaying scenes from epics – the Ramayana and Mahabharata, in miniature clay models. An Aquarium within has multicolored fishes and a Doll House has a rich collection of doll from 88 countries. It has a center for computer games also. The museum organizes several events for children.
