West Bengal Assembly Elections Results

This article gives complete information on the Bidhan Sabha Bengal Elections 2011 Results date.

Since the Bengal Assembly Elections 2011 are a long way off, naturally so will the Bengal Assembly Elections 2011 Results. However, no harm in trying to be a crystal ball gazer! Well, as indicated in a previous article on the Bengal Assembly Elections 2011 Dates, the soothsayer is current Union Railway Minister and Trinamool Congress boss Mamata Banerjee. As you can see 'current' is the key word here – perhaps we are going to see Didi as the next Chief Minister of West Bengal…hmmm…

Ok; let's do some soothsaying work of our own. The Left Front does seem to have a slackening hold on the State's reins, having lost with a loud thump at the Lok Sabha polls last year. The Congress and the Trinamool Congress are hence trying to upset the Left Front's applecart. Actually, if both these parties had bonded for the 2010 West Bengal Municipal Elections and the 2010 Kolkata Municipal Elections, they would have had a great chance at weakening the hold of the Left Front on the State even further. However, thanks to Mamata Banerjee's stubbornness, the Congress was offered less seats. So the alliance fell through. Are they likely to retain their alliance for the Bengal Assembly Elections 2011?

Anything can happen...let's wait and watch!

Update: The counting of votes for the 2011 West Bengal Assembly polls will take place on May 13th 2011 and the results will be declared within a few hours.
