Ingredients of Bengali Jhal Muri Recipe:
Murmura (Puffed Rice)-300g
Finely chopped Onion - 2
Potato (boiled, peeled & chopped)-1 and half
Mustard Oil-5 tsp
Chopped Ginger-2 tsp
Chopped Green Chillies- 4 tsp
Fried Peanuts-2 tbsp
Kala Chana (soaked, drained & sprouted)- 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Preparation of Bengali Jhal Muri Recipe:
1)First arrange all the required ingredients for Jhal Muri.
2)Then take a pot.
3)Then add Finely chopped Onion, Potato, Chopped Tomatoes, Chopped Cucumber, Chopped Ginger, Chopped Green Chillies, Fried Peanutsand Kala Chana and mix them properly.
4)Then add the Murmura, Mustard Oil and salt to it.
5)Then mix it and serve it as a tea time snacks.
