How to prepare Lou chingri posto

Ingredients: Leaf of Lou, Prawn(small), Poppy seed, Turmeric, Green chili, Mustard oil, salt.

Process: Boil leaf of Lou. Boil Prawn(Chingri) with turmeric and salt. Extract Prawn(Chingri) from water with the help of a fine net. Paste poppy seed with the help of mixer as per requirement. Slice green chili. Then mix all ingredients with slight salt and mustered oil.

Quantity: Ten leafs of Lou(medium size), 200 gm Prawn, two green chili, 50 gm poppy seed, mustard oil and salt as per requirement.
