There is no fee for women candidate, SC,ST, minor etc but there is a fee of Rs.100 for men candidate. A candidate may fill the application form in two way, Manual submission or online submission. Due to some technical problem in the SSC site for online application they displayed Rs.50 for online application and Rs.100 for manual submission. But the actual fee for both is Rs.100. Around five hundred and eighty seven candidates submit there form online and deposit Rs.50 using Net banking facility.

The procedure of filling the form is in two steps. After filling the first step with the payment all these candidate are unable to fill the step two form because the system don't allow them due to discrepancy in fee.

But this error is due to SSC site. So the commission now allow all this candidate to fill there step two form, but the fee difference amount ie. the remain Rs.50 will deposit to the Regional office of the commission in the form of CRFS( Central Recruitment Fee Stamps )
