Gajar Ka Hawla: In Microwave


We all have this sweet dish at least once. You can take a try in your Microwave with in 15 minutes. This can also prepared by Sugarfree for those who are really calorie conscious. So are you trying this Sweety Sweet Dish for your family and friends?? Please take a try..

Ingredients required for Gajar Ka Halwa:
Grated Carrot (Gajar): 2 Full Cups
Milk Powder: 1/2 Cup
Sugar: 5 tablespoon (You can use Sugarfree of the same quantity)
Cardamom (Elaichi) Powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Ghee: 1 tablespoon
Sliced Pistachio and Cashew nuts: 1 tablespoon (For Garnishing)

Procedure for Making the Halwa:

In a Microwave safe bowl combine the Ghee and Grated Carrot (Gajar). Cover them with a Micro Safe Lid and Microwave them in High Temperature for 5 Minutes.
Add the Milk Powder, Sugar, and Cardamom Powder and mix them very well. Cover them with the Lid and Microwave them in High for 3 Minutes.

It's ready now. Serve this Hot after Garnishing with the sliced Pistachio and Cashewnuts. This is a Sweet Dish and will go best after Lunch or Dinner in the Deserts. And many have it with anything and everything.

You can also keep this in fridge overnight and have it, will taste really well.

Preparation Time: 10 Minutes
Cooking Time: 8 Minutes

Please Note: If you are making this with Sugarfree, please do not serve it hot. It will taste better after getting Cold.
