Egg and Sooji Pakora served hot with sauce or chutney


Egg and Sooji Pakora is a very delicious snacks item.This can be served hot with cutney or sauce. It is very easy to prepare and is liked by almost all people. The ingredients are easily available in our home. Read this article to know how to prepare this chatpata item in your own home.

Ingredients required for Egg and Sooji Pakora




1 cup sooji
2 eggs
3-4 tbsp milk
1-2 chillies
1 medium sized onion
Fresh dhania (coriander) chopped
Salt to taste
Oil for frying


Method of preparation of Egg and Sooji Pakora




Soak sooji in milk for 10 minutes.
Mix all ingredients-sooji soaked in milk,chillies,onion,dhania salt into a batter.
The batter should be thick.
Heat oil in non-stick pan. Dollop 1tbsp batter into pan for each pakora. You can fry upto 6 pakoras at a time, but be sure the pakoras do not stick to each other.
Fry until golden brown on both sides.
Drain on kitchen paper and serve hot with fresh dhania and a tangy/spicy sauce or chutney.
A cup of tea along with the pakoras can be a very good snacks item. This can be a very good weekend special recipe.
