Ingredients for Hazelnut cheese Icecream
250g fat-containing soft cheese,
50g Castor Sugar,
2 table-spoons thick cream,
Few drops of Vanilla essence.
Procedure to make hazelnut cheese Ice cream
First, roast the Hazelnuts. Then rub the hazelnuts with your hands in order to separate the nut-coats from the hazelnuts. Now, grind it. Make a paste of cheese and sugar. Add milk, thick cream and vanilla essence into the paste. Blend it well. Beat it hard until it smoothens. Now, mix the grounded hazelnuts into the smooth mixture. Pour this mixture in a container. Refrigerate it for an hour. Then pour it in a bowl and again beat it well until it smoothens completely. Again refrigerate it until it totally freezes. Serve it.
One can serve it on special occasions. It can be prepared at a very less time. If some unwelcome guests suddenly inform that they are coming at your place for an hour or so on a hot summer day, you usually give them sweets to eat.
